Abstract:
A pipe material polishing machine, comprising and composed of a base mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a polishing mechanism and a discharging mechanism. The base mechanism comprises a machine frame and a machining table top (1) provided above the machine frame; the feeding mechanism comprises a disc feeding device (2) provided on the machining platform top, a pipe sliding platform (3) and two linear propelling mechanisms (4) provided at the starting end and the tail end of the pipe sliding platform; the polishing mechanism comprises an outer surface polishing device (5) and an inner surface polishing device (6) which are respectively aligned to the two propelling mechanisms. In the polishing machine, by means of the cooperation between a conveying belt (7), the disc feeding device and the pipe sliding platform, manual feeding and discharging is replaced, the working intensity of workers is reduced, and the automation efficiency is improved. A polishing head (603) of the inner surface polishing device is made of sand cloth (603a) and the form thereof is designed in a cross shape, which may make the polishing action force more uniform, and improve the quality of polished products.
