Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pipe and a pipe system for thermal energy, which are able to quickly handle a leakage of a thermal energy transfer medium and easily detect a leakage and a leak site of the thermal energy transfer medium. The pipe for the thermal energy according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an outer pipe, on the inside surface of which at least one slit or channel is formed in the longitudinal direction; an inner pipe, disposed inside of the outer pipe, through which the thermal energy transfer medium is transferred; a water retention layer which is arranged to surround the inner pipe; and a filling material for filling between the inside of the outer pipe and the inner pipe surrounded by the water retention layer, wherein at least one optical fiber can be disposed within the slit or the channel.
