Abstract:
A pipeline integrated vector thrust measuring device and a vector thrust decoupling method, for use in solving the technical problems in traditional measuring devices of high rigidity of a propellant supply pipeline, low measurement precision caused by high inter-directional interference and being incapable of adapting to high-frequency alternating thrust measurement. The measuring device comprises a thrust fixed frame (1), a measuring fixed frame (21), a measuring movable frame (22) and strain spokes (23); the measuring fixed frame (21) is fixed on the thrust fixed frame (1), and is connected to the measuring movable frame (22) by means of the strain spokes (23); first propellant supply nozzles (25) is provided on the measuring fixed frame (21) and are used for being communicated with a propellant supply pipeline on a test bed; a propellant supply channel (233) is provided in each strain spoke (23); second propellant supply nozzles (27) are provided on the measuring movable frame (22) and are used for being connected to an engine inlet pipeline (71); a first sensor, a second sensor and a third sensor are provided on the strain spoke (23); the first sensor, the second sensor and the third sensor are respectively disposed at the positions of the strain spoke (23) having the maximum strain in axial and lateral directions.
