Abstract:
Disclosed is a pipeline internally-tangent-type clamp, comprising a hollow pipeline (1), an electric jacking device and a clamping device, wherein the electric jacking device is sleeved on an inner side wall of the hollow pipeline (1) in a sliding manner, the electric jacking device comprises an electric motor (1), a hydraulic cylinder (3), a pressure sensor (4), a piston rod (5) and a control panel (6); the hydraulic cylinder (3) is of a three-dimensional long-strip shape; the piston rod (5) is sleeved on the upper surface of the hydraulic cylinder (3) in a sliding manner, and the piston rod (5) matches the upper surface of the hydraulic cylinder (3); the clamping device comprises abutting pads (7), an extending rod (8) and a fixing block (9); and the abutting pads (7) are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the piston rod (5) and the lower surface of the hydraulic cylinder (3) separately. According to the pipeline internally-tangent-type clamp, the hydraulic cylinder and the piston rod are arranged to carry out jacking from the interior of the hollow pipeline, the oil conveying efficiency of the electric motor is controlled according to pressure data of the pressure sensor and actual operation, and the hydraulic cylinder and the piston rod abut against the hollow pipeline in the hollow pipeline without damaging the hollow pipeline, thereby having the characteristics of the appearance and use of the pipeline being protected while the pipeline is clamped and carried conveniently.
