Abstract:
Provided are a pipeline structure, and a rapid laying method for a single-layer or dual-layer vacuum pipeline thereof. The pipeline structure comprises an inner layer spiral pipe (101), an outer layer spiral pipe (102), a high-strength rigid filler (103) arranged between the inner layer spiral pipe (101) and the outer layer spiral pipe (102) in a filled manner, and a tensioning member (104) for combining the inner layer spiral pipe (101) and the outer layer spiral pipe (102) with the rigid filler (103) into one piece, wherein the tensioning member (104) is respectively fastened with the inner layer spiral pipe (101) and/or the outer layer spiral pipe (102), and the inner diameter of the inner layer spiral pipe (101) is greater than or equal to 3 m and is smaller than or equal to 15 m. The pipeline structure designed by using the structure has the advantages of a large pipe diameter, a high pipeline strength, low costs, and being convenient to process. Superimposing, in an up and down manner, two pipelines in the structure, and arranging a temporary conveying track and a permanent conveying track, wherein same can facilitate the realization of the rapid erection of the single-layer or double-layer vacuum pipeline, and can achieve a stable and reliable structure.
