Abstract:
A pipetting device, comprising a portal frame body (1). A carrying device (3) for carrying liquid adding pumps (2), a driving mechanism (4) capable of driving the carrying device (3) to move up and down, and a liquid suction and injection mechanism (5) for liquid suction or injection of the liquid adding pumps (2) are provided in the frame body (1); the carrying device (3) comprises a carrying plate (31) having accommodating slots (32), the liquid adding pumps (2) are arranged in the accommodating slots (32); the front side of the carrying plate (31) is fixedly connected to a housing (35); the driving mechanism (4) comprises a first supporting plate (41) connected to the carrying plate (31); a first motor (43) is provided at the upper end of the frame body (1) and connected to a first screw nut (45) on the first supporting plate (41) by means of a first screw (44); the first supporting plate (41) is provided with a first guiding mechanism (46) for guiding the first supporting plate (41) to move up and down; the liquid suction and injection mechanism (5) comprises a second supporting plate (51); a second motor (53) is provided on the first supporting plate (41) and connected to a second screw nut (55) on the second supporting plate (51) by means of a second screw (54); the second supporting plate (51) is provided with a second guiding mechanism (56) for guiding the second supporting plate (51) to move up and down; the front side of the second supporting plate (51) is provided with clamping connecting parts (6) for claiming push handles of the liquid adding pumps (2); the first motor (43) and the second motor (53) are connected to a PLC.
