Abstract:
A piston head cooling structure, comprising: a connecting rod (1), a connecting rod small end bushing (2), a piston pin (3), and a piston (4). A connecting rod body oil channel (101) is provided on the connecting rod (1), and a connecting rod small end oil groove (102) is provided on a connecting rod small end of the connecting rod (1) and in correspondence with the connecting rod body oil channel (101). The connecting rod small end bushing (2) is mounted on the connecting rod small end of the connecting rod. The piston pin (3) is assembled on the connecting rod small end bushing (2), a piston pin inner cavity oil channel (301) is arranged at an inner part of the piston pin (3), two piston pin seats (302) are assembled at two ends of the piston pin (3) and in correspondence with the piston pin inner cavity oil channel (301), piston pin oil outlet holes (303) are provided at central portions of the two piston pin seats (302) and are located at inner parts of the piston pin inner cavity oil channel (301), and a piston pin oil inlet hole (304) is provided at a central location of the piston pin (3). The piston (4) is assembled on the piston pin (3), and a piston internal cooling oil cavity (401) is provided at an inner part of the piston (4). As such, a high utilization ratio of cooling structure cooling motor oil of the piston head is achieved, the quantity of motor oil necessary for a lubrication system can be greatly reduced, and fuel economy is improved.
