Abstract:
A pitch drive module, an impeller system, a wind power generator set and a transportation method, the pitch drive module (100) comprising a support disc (1), a pitch bearing (2), a pitch control cabinet (3) and at least one drive assembly (4). The support disc (1) is used for fixedly connecting to a hub (200). One end surface of a bearing outer ring (21) of the pitch bearing (2) is fixedly connected to the support disc (1), and the end surface in an inner bearing ring (22) of the pitch bearing (2) far away from the support disc (1) is used for fixedly connecting to a blade (300). A support (43) of the drive assembly (4) is fixedly connected to the support disc (1), and the power output end of the drive assembly (4) is in transmission connection with the inner bearing ring (22) by means of gear meshing. The pitch control cabinet (3) is fixedly connected to the support disc (1), and is also electrically connected to the drive assembly (4). The pitch drive module (100) may be transported separately from the hub (200). Since the hub (200) and the pitch drive module (100) are smaller than a hub (200) assembly, the outer dimensions of the hub (200) and the propeller drive module (100) more easily meet the limit conditions for standard transportation dimensions, thereby reducing transportation difficulty.
