The present application belongs to the technical field of image processing. Disclosed are a pixel array control method and apparatus, and an electronic device. An image sensor comprises a photoelectric module, a pixel array controller, and a plurality of pixels, which are distributed in an array, wherein each pixel comprises a rolling shutter module and a global shutter module; each row or each column of rolling shutter modules is connected to the pixel array controller; and each row or each column of global shutter modules is connected to the pixel array controller. The pixel array control method comprises: a pixel array controller outputting a reset signal to at least one of a rolling shutter module and a global shutter module, so as to control at least one row or one column of pixels to reset; when the reset is completed, controlling the at least one row or one column of pixels which has been reset to perform exposure, so as to obtain charges; and when the exposure is completed, controlling the charges to enter at least one of the rolling shutter module and the global shutter module, and then reading output signals of the at least one row or one column of pixels which has performed exposure.
