The present application provides a pixel circuit (110), a display panel (10), and a display apparatus. The pixel circuit (110) comprises: a light-emitting unit (113); a drive transistor (111) driving the light-emitting unit (113) to emit light; a light-emitting control subcircuit (112) controlling the light-emitting unit (113) to emit light; a first reset subcircuit (114) writing a reference voltage into a gate of the drive transistor (111) and an energy storage element (117); a switch subcircuit (115) changing a gate voltage of the drive transistor (111); a second reset subcircuit (116) responding to a first reset signal; the energy storage element (117) changing the gate voltage of the drive transistor (111); a third reset subcircuit (118) responding to a second reset signal; and a data write subcircuit (119) writing a data voltage into the energy storage element (117). The present application eliminates the effect of a threshold voltage on a drive current, and improves the overall brightness uniformity and stability of display apparatuses.
