A pixel circuit (100) and a display panel (10). The pixel circuit (100) comprises a data writing-in module (110, 210), a drive module (120, 220), a storage module (130, 230), a first light-emitting control module (140, 240), a second light-emitting control module (150, 250), a light-emitting module (160, 260), and a first initialization module (171, 271). The first initialization module (171, 271) comprises a control end, a first end, and a second end. The first end of the first initialization module (171, 271) is electrically connected to a second light-emitting control signal input end (EM2). The second end of the first initialization module (171, 271) is electrically connected to a control end of the drive module (120, 220). Alternatively, the pixel circuit (100) comprises an initialization voltage input end (Vref); the first end of the first initialization module (171, 271) is electrically connected to the initialization voltage input end (Vref); the second end of the first initialization module (171, 271) is electrically connected to the control end of the drive module (120, 220). The first initialization module (171, 271) is configured to initialize the control end of the drive module (120, 220) under the control of a control signal input by the control end of the first initialization module (171, 271).
