Abstract:
A pixel driving circuit (100) with touch-sensing function includes a first drive-control sub-circuit (11), a display-drive sub-circuit (12), a second drive-control sub-circuit (13), and an emission-control sub-circuit (14) connected in series to generate a drive-current to drive a light-emission device (LED) in the subpixel under control of an emission-control signal (EM) in a respective one of multiple emission duty periods of a cycle time for displaying one frame of image. The drive circuit (100) also includes a data-input sub-circuit (21) and a charge sub-circuit (22) to set a first voltage (Vdd) to the control terminal of the display-drive sub-circuit (12). Additionally, the drive circuit (100) includes a photo-sensing sub-circuit (31) configured to reset a photo-sensing device (PCR) integrated with the light-emission device (LED) in the subpixel for touch sensing in a touch-sensing period before entering any one of the multiple emission duty periods of the cycle time.
