Abstract:
A pixel structure, a metasurface, and a method for controlling a pixel structure. The pixel structure comprises a plurality of phase change units (1) having the same structure, wherein the plurality of phase change units (1) are arranged in the form of an array; each phase change unit (1) comprises an excitation element (10) and a phase change element (20); the excitation element (10) is used for applying independent excitation to the phase change element (20), so as to change a phase change state of the phase change element (20); the phase change element (20) comprises at least one nano-structure made of a phase change material (201); and phase change states of the phase change element (20) comprise a crystalline state and an amorphous state, and the number of phase change states of the pixel structure corresponds to the number of phase change states of the phase change unit (1) in the pixel structure on a one-to-one basis. By means of the pixel structure, the metasurface and the method for controlling a pixel structure, the quasi-continuous adjustability of the pixel structure can be conveniently achieved; in addition, the excitation element (10) can quickly and accurately control the phase change unit (1) to switch between limited phase change states, such that the pixel structure can be quickly and accurately adjusted and controlled.
