Abstract:
A pixel unit and an out-pixel analog domain compensation display system. The pixel unit comprises a drive transistor Q1, a second switch transistor Q2, a third switch transistor Q3, a light-emitting diode T1, a first capacitor C1 and a second capacitor C2. The display system comprises M columns of drive channels, and each column of drive channels comprises a detection unit (32) and a pixel unit, wherein the detection unit (32) comprises a source drive module (321) and a detection module (322), and the detection module (322) comprises a comparator (72). The pixel unit controls a current supplied by the drive transistor Q1 to the light-emitting diode T1, without needing to control a gate-source voltage difference of the drive transistor Q1 according to a traditional current source design solution, such that an improvement is realized on the basis of the traditional solution. The display system directly detects a threshold voltage of the drive transistor Q1 of the pixel unit and a threshold voltage change situation of an OLED by reusing existing modules, thereby optimizing the overall design of the display system.
