Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a pixel unit for a semiconductor device, a manufacturing method therefor, and a micro-display screen. The pixel unit comprises a back plate and a display unit, the display unit being arranged on the back plate and comprising a first device layer and a second device layer which are successively and vertically stacked in the direction away from the back plate. The first device layer comprises a first compound light-emitting layer and a second compound light-emitting layer which are adjacently arranged, the second device layer comprising a color conversion layer and a third compound light-emitting layer which are adjacently arranged, and the color conversion layer being arranged above the first compound light-emitting layer. In the present application, the space occupied by the pixel unit in the horizontal direction is small, and compared with pixel units arranged in the horizontal direction, the pixel density is less limited, thus effectively lowering reduction of external quantum efficiency caused by a size effect, reducing power consumption, improving properties such as brightness, and effectively raising the yield. Arrangement of the color conversion layer can achieve color development of a compound having relatively high external quantum efficiency reduction by means of color conversion, thereby reducing power and improving performance thereof.
