Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a planar antenna wherein a circuit pattern composed of an antenna section and a connecting terminal section is provided on a resin film, and the circuit pattern is provided with a metal layer and a conductive layer, which is provided on a surface layer of a connecting terminal section of the metal layer and has thermal adhesiveness. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A planar antenna is provided by forming a circuit pattern composed of a metal layer on a resin film and arranging a conductive layer having thermal adhesiveness on a connecting terminal section of the circuit pattern, then, removing unnecessary section by etching.
