Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a planar material that can easily be modified to a variety of three-dimensional shapes, a method for producing the planar material, a three-dimensional body, and a method for producing the three-dimensional body. [Solution] A planar material 100 includes a plurality of planar units 10 provided in the same plane. The shape of the planar units 10 is that of a polygon that can be tesselated, and there are one or a plurality of types of shapes of the planar units 10. The planar units 10 are positioned in a tesselated state. Vertex portions of adjacent polygonal planar units 10 are joined to each other by a joining part 12. Through-holes 14 are provided in regions equivalent to the edges of the adjacent polygonal planar units 10 other than the vertex portions.
