Abstract:
A planetary stirring device with a stirring paddle capable of vertical reciprocating motion and a method. The planetary stirring device comprises a driving mechanism located above a cylinder body (1). The driving mechanism is connected to a rotating arm (4). The end portion of the rotating arm (4) is connected to a stirring shaft assembly capable of rotating around its own axis. The axis of the stirring shaft assembly deviates from the axis of the cylinder body (1). The stirring shaft assembly comprises an outer stirring shaft (6) and an inner stirring shaft (7) which are coaxially arranged. The outer stirring shaft (6) is sleeved outside the inner stirring shaft (7). The outer stirring shaft (6) is connected to a gear (17). The gear (17) is meshed with an inner gear ring (8) fixed on the cylinder body (1). The outer stirring shaft (6) can drive the inner stirring shaft (7) to rotate around its own axis. The inner stirring shaft (7) can also move along its own axis direction. The outer stirring shaft (6) is connected to a cam (13) by means of a transmission mechanism. The cam (13) is in contact with a top plate (16). The top plate (16) is connected to the inner stirring shaft (7). The cam (13) can drive the inner stirring shaft (7) to move in the axis direction of the stirring shaft assembly by means of the top plate (16). The stirring paddle (9) is fixed to the inner stirring shaft (7).
