Abstract:
In the present invention a planetary plate (14) is divided into first and second planetary half-plates (14a, 14b), and only the first planetary half-plate (14a) is supported on an eccentric shaft (13). The first and second planetary half-plates (14a, 14b) are coupled to one another via an elastic member (18) that allows relative displacement of the planetary half-plates (14a, 14b) in the radial direction. Deviation between the coaxial precision of a first transmission groove (33) and a fourth transmission groove (36) and the coaxial precision of a second transmission groove (34) and a third transmission groove (35) is absorbed by the relative displacement of the planetary half-plates (14a, 14b) in the radial direction in conjunction with elastic deformation of the elastic member (18).
