Abstract:
A planned power system operation device (10) according to the present invention is configured so as to include: a typhoon countermeasure candidate calculation unit (22) that determines typhoon countermeasure candidate calculation result data that contain a power-plant output change value for each case of typhoon countermeasures from typhoon information data containing at least course information and the wind speed of a typhoon and system operation countermeasure candidate data containing power-plant output information; a reliability economy index value calculation unit (23) that determines reliability economy index value calculation result data, which are reliability economy index values from the typhoon countermeasure candidate calculation result data, system data indicating a system configuration, blackout-associated damage cost data, and reliability economy index data indicating the weight with respect to the impact of a blackout; and a typhoon countermeasure determination unit (24) that determines typhoon countermeasure determination result data from the reliability economy index value calculation result data, in order to reduce social costs due to the typhoon, such as overhead wiring damage, and to enhance resilience before an accident due to the typhoon and blackout associated therewith occur.
