Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a monitoring operation facility (1) that performs monitoring operations to maintain plant equipment (4) in a steady state; and a protection control device (2) that performs process control of the plant equipment (4) in accordance with the state of the plant equipment (4) by transmitting an automatic control signal (St). The monitoring operation facility (1) is provided with a manual transmission unit (6) that manually transmits a manual block signal (Sb) if an unexpected event occurs. A control logic unit (3) is installed in the protection control device (2), and if the manual block signal (Sb) is input while the automatic control signal (St) is being input, this control logic unit (3) prevents the automatic control signal (St) from being output to the plant equipment (4).
