Abstract:
Provided is an extract or the like which can impart not only a bitterness and aroma but also a taste such as a body taste and richness without strengthening astringency or harshness. Also provided is a drink which has an excellent body taste and richness. A body taste and richness can be imparted to a drink without strengthening astringent taste or worsening crispness by enriching, in particular, trimeric proanthocyanidin among polyphenols derived from hop.
