Abstract:
Provided is a plant fiber molded cup lid with an inner convex ring, wherein the cross-sectional shapes from the cup lid rim to the cup lid center are sequentially a cup lid side straight edge (3), an arc groove (2), an annular transition surface (6), a cup lid boss (5) containing a boss side straight edge (7), which are smoothly connected, the cup lid boss (5) can also be the same plane as the annular transition surface (6), there is no dent on the outer side of the cup lid side straight edge (3), and there is an inner convex ring (3.1) for snap-fitting with the engaging with the annular edge of the paper cup at a proper position of the inner side of the cup lid. And a manufacturing method of the cup lid is also provided, the method does not need secondary processing of the cup lid, and can be in close contact with the annular edge of the paper cup body, thereby achieving the sealing function and preventing the lid from loosening.
