Abstract:
The present application pertains to the technical field of degradable materials, and relates to a plant fiber plasticized material and a preparation method therefor. Raw materials of the plant fiber plasticized material comprise, in parts by mass: 50-150 parts of a plant fiber powder, 5-15 parts of a polyol, 1-20 parts of stearic acid, 1-20 parts of a first lubricant, 1-20 parts of a second lubricant, 200-600 parts of PBAT, and 1-3 parts of a coupling agent, wherein the lubrication usage temperature range of the first lubricant is lower than that of the second lubricant. The technical solutions provided by the plant fiber plasticized material and the preparation method therefor can obtain a plant fiber plasticized material with good thermoplastic properties, which does not easily deform after formation, and does not easily carbonize when processed in a pelletizer, and has good degradation properties, thereby avoiding pollution to the environment, simplifying processing and reducing costs.
