Abstract:
Disclosed is a plant functional PP spunbond nonwoven fabric. The PP spunbond nonwoven fabric comprises 0.2-1.5% of a herbaceous water soluble extract. The plant functional PP spunbond nonwoven fabric has a moisture regain of 0.2-3%, a longitudinal breaking strength of ≥18.5 N/5 cm, and a longitudinal breaking force of ≤9.5 N/5 cm. By adding an antioxidant, the PP spunbond nonwoven fabric can prevent problems in fiber design and color caused by discoloration of a water soluble plant extract when being added to high temperature polypropylene.
