Abstract:
This plant management system 1 comprises: an acquisition unit 210 that acquires data from a sensor for detecting the facility state in a plant or a factory; analysis units 220, 230 that analyze the data acquired by the acquisition unit 210 and generate a plurality of types of analysis information; service provision units 230, 330 that provide analysis information to each of a plurality of pre-registered recipients in accordance with contract information, or provide the analysis information in response to a request on each occasion; and a contract management unit 340 that generates billing information in accordance with the recipients of the analysis information and the number of times the analysis information is provided or the information amount of the provided analysis information.
