Abstract:
A plasma display panel has an active display area and a non-display area provided outside the active display area. A front panel has a plurality of sustain electrodes and a plurality of scan electrodes over an area corresponding to the viewing area and an area corresponding to the non-display area. Each of the plurality of sustain electrodes includes a first portion, a second portion provided spaced apart from the first portion, and a third portion for electrically connecting the first portion and the second portion. Further, each of the plurality of sustain electrodes has a dividing portion for each of the first portion and the second portion in the area corresponding to the non-display area. The plurality of dividing portions in one sustain electrode is provided at different locations in the extending direction of the sustain electrode.
