Abstract:
A plasma generation apparatus, a purification apparatus and an electronic device. The plasma generation apparatus comprises a first electrode (100), a dielectric layer (200) and a second electrode (300). The dielectric layer (200) is wound around at least part of the first electrode (100). The second electrode (300) is arranged on the side of the dielectric layer (200) facing away from the first electrode (100), and the second electrode (300) is arranged around at least part of the dielectric layer (200), so that the first electrode (100) and the second electrode (300) are arranged opposite to each other. The dielectric layer (200) is made of a rigid material.
