Abstract:

A plasma non-stick pan and method for manufacturing same. The plasma non-stick pan comprises a pan portion (1) and a non-stick coating (11) coated thereon. Between the non-stick coating(11) and the pan portion (1) is provided with a plasma layer (2) which comprises a MCrALY layer (21) coated on the surface of the pan portion (1) and a mixture layer (22) coated on the outside of the MCrALY layer (21). The mixture layer (22) is composed of MCrALY particles and metal oxide particles. The MCrALY layer (21) has good toughness and strong adhesive force, and can be bound with substrate easily with high firmness, serving as cushion well and preparing for subsequent mixture layer (22) coating. The mixture layer (22) fusions of MCrALY particles and the metal oxide particles, thereby having the stronger hardness and brittleness, and greatly improving the surface hardness and wear-resistance of the pan portion (1); by the cushioning of the MCrALY layer, the mixture layer (22) is, under the circumstances of guaranteeing the high hardness and brittleness of the mixture layer (22), adhesive with the MCrALY layer (21) firmly, reliably and enduringly.
