Abstract:
This plastic bottle recycling apparatus, which is formed so as to shred plastic bottles in order to recycle the plastic bottles, comprises: a lid band cutting unit formed so as to cut a lid band of a plastic bottle; an input port formed such that the plastic bottle can be put in the apparatus; an input port actuator operating so as to open and close the input port; a shredding unit formed so as to shred the plastic bottle which has been put in through the input port; and a controller for controlling the operation of the lid band cutting unit and input port actuator. The controller controls so as to operate the lid band cutting unit to cut the lid band, and then operate the input port actuator to open the input port.
