Abstract:
Provided is a plastic cap formed as a highly producible one-piece type cap at the time of molding which becomes a two-piece type cap excellent in sealability and openability at the time of use in which a small-diameter dispensing opening can be formed. The plastic cap comprises: a cap body (1) that is formed of a top plate section (2) and a skirt section (3), that has a dispensing nozzle (8) formed on the outer surface of the top plate section (2) so as to surround a part to be opened, and that is fitted and fixed to a container mouth part (60); and a top lid (20) which comprises a top surface (21) and a circumferential wall (22) hanging from the outer peripheral edge of the top surface (21). The plastic cap is characterized in that: the top lid (20) has formed thereon a protrusion section (27) which protrudes downward from an inner surface of the top surface (21) and has an engaging part (28) on an outer surface thereof; and the cap body (1) has formed therein an inner plug (30) which comprises an annular sidewall (31) having an outer diameter that can come into close contact with the inner surface of the dispensing nozzle (8) and a bottom section (32) formed at a lower part of the annular sidewall (31), wherein the inner plug (30) is integrally formed, via a breakable weakened part (10), with the cap body (1) at a position below a seal part of the dispensing nozzle (8) that has an inner diameter that can come into close contact with the inner plug (30), and has an engageable part (33) formed on an inner surface of the annular sidewall (31) that vertically engages with the engaging part (28) of the protrusion section (27).
