Provided is a plastic casing secant pile construction method, the steps being: (1) constructing first pile holes (11, 12, 13) at intervals; (2) lowering a first steel reinforcing cage (31) carrying a first plastic hollow pipe (32) into the first pile holes (11, 12, 13), and pouring sand into the first plastic hollow pipe (32); pouring concrete into the first pile holes (11, 12, 13) to form a first pile body (39); (3) constructing a second pile hole (21, 22) between the adjacent first pile holes (11, 12, 13); (4) lowering a second steel reinforcing cage (41) carrying a second plastic hollow pipe (42) into the second pile holes (21, 22), and pouring sand into the second plastic hollow pipe (42); then pouring concrete into the second pile holes (21, 22) to form a second pile body (49); (5) hole-drilling between the adjacent first pile body (39) and second pile body (49) using a high-pressure rotary jet drill, and spraying cement slurry to form a cement mortar (50), said cement mortar (50) connecting the adjacent first pile body (39) and the second pile body (49) as one body.
