Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of plastic product manufacturing, and in particular to a plastic extruder. The plastic extruder comprises a heating chamber; the heating chamber is connected to a feeding device, and the heating chamber is further connected to a discharging port; an extrusion device is provided in the heating chamber; the extrusion device extrudes heated molten plastic from the discharging port; a discharging frame is provided on one side of the discharging port; a conveying and supporting device is provided on the discharging frame; and a water spraying device is provided on the conveying and supporting device. In the plastic extruder, a discharging frame is provided on one end of the discharging port, and a conveying and supporting device is provided on the discharging frame, so that a manufactured plastic product is conveyed and supported by the conveying and supporting device, thereby preventing deformation of the plastic product in the manufacturing process. Moreover, the conveying and supporting device is further provided with a water spraying device, so that the plastic product is cooled by the water spraying device, and the cooling process of the plastic product is accelerated, thereby preventing deformation of the plastic product at a high temperature.
