Abstract:
Disclosed is a plastic hydrolysis method implemented using a binuclear metal coordination complex catalyst. The plastic hydrolysis method comprises the following step: in an alkaline aqueous solution, in the presence of a catalyst, carrying out a hydrolysis reaction on a plastic to obtain a monomer, the catalyst comprising a binuclear metal coordination complex, and the structural general formula of the catalyst being represented by formula (I), wherein M1 and M2 represent metal atoms and are independently selected from Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mg, Ca, Mn, Ru, Pd or Pt, the distance between the two atoms M1 and M2 is between 2 Å and 4 Å, L1-L6 represent organic ligands containing one or more hetero-elements and having a heteroatom as a coordination atom, the heteroatom in L1-L6 is independently selected from one or more of N, O, S, and P, and Xn- represents NO3 -, Cl-, Br-, OAc-, OH- or SO4 2-.
