Abstract:
The present invention relates to a plate cutter which not only can cut a plate across the center of the plate in a quick, easy, and safe manner using only a simple pushing force without scissoring, but also can completely prevent obstacles to cutting caused by the two cut portions of the already cut panel by enabling the cut portions of the already cut panel to be separately discharged. The plate cutter according to the present invention comprises: a main body having a front portion with an open slit and a back portion with a holding part; a cutting means arranged in the main body and having a cutter blade exposed to the inside of the open slit; and separate discharge guide protrusions formed at both sides of the main body, respectively, and branched from the rear end of the open slit at both sides of the main body, respectively, so as to guide the two portions of the plate cut by the cutting means to be separately discharged.
