Abstract:

Disclosed is a novel plate-cutting circular saw device, which can adjust, to be within an angle range of 45° laterally from an erect state perpendicular with respect to the upper surface of a mounting plate, the inclination of an electric circular saw for cutting a plate and the like placed on the upper surface of a worktable, can finely adjust the front-back position of the circular saw to enable the plate to be more accurately cut, and has a blade provided on a motor shaft for transmitting the driving force of a motor to the circular saw, so as to allow external air to flow into a saw housing from the rear side of a motor cover during driving of the motor, and then to be discharged together with sawdust to the outside of the lower portion of the saw housing, so that a pleasant work environment can be created. The present invention relates to a plate-cutting circular saw device comprising: the mounting plate having a through-hole formed in the upper surface thereof in the direction coinciding with the plate-cutting direction; the saw housing which is rotatably hinge-coupled to the bottom portion of the left and right sides of the mounting plate while being disposed below the mounting plate to be vertically downward from the through-hole, and which has an open upper portion; a side plate erectly provided to be spaced a predetermined distance from the side surface portion of the housing below one side surface of the mounting plate; an electric motor provided in the horizontal direction outside the saw housing, and driven according to the application of an electric current; an operation switch which is provided on one side of the side plate, and which controls the driving of the electric motor during plate-cutting work while electrically connected to the electric motor and an external power source; the circular saw which has an upper portion protruding upward and outward from the through-hole in the mounting plate in a state in which the circular saw is disposed inside the saw housing to be vertically downward from the through-hole, and which has a center portion to which the motor shaft of the electric motor is fixedly coupled, so as to cut a plate placed on the mounting plate while rotating in place according to the driving direction of the electric motor; a circular saw lifting member provided between the electric motor, the mounting plate and the side plate so as to move the electric motor and the circular saw up/down in accordance with the thickness of the plate; an angle-adjusting member provided on the saw housing and the side plates so as to adjust the inclination of the circular saw in accordance with the plate-cutting angle within an angle range of 45° laterally from a vertically erected state; and a safety cover for preventing an operator from being injured by the circular saw that rotates while being lifted upward due to the thickness of the plate during cutting of the plate, in a state in which the cover is provided above the upper portion of the circular saw protruding upward from the through-hole in the mounting plate, and further includes: a circular saw position-adjusting member provided below one side of the front surface of the mounting plate so as to finely adjust the position of the saw housing, in which the circular saw is accommodated, in the front-rear direction by means of an operation for rotating same in place in the forward and reverse directions; and a sawdust discharge member, which is provided at the motor shaft of the electric motor and the outside of the front surface of the saw housing so as to allow external air to flow into the saw housing from the rear side of the motor cover according to the driving of the electric motor during the plate-cutting work, and then to be discharged together with sawdust to the outside of the lower portion of the saw housing.
