Abstract:

Provided is a plate heat exchanger in which a gasket equipped with a channel through which a high-temperature fluid flows does not deteriorate. By layering a plurality of heat transfer plates (20, 20…) having connecting holes (21, 22, 23, 24) formed in each corner section thereof, interposing a channel-forming gasket (31) in the peripheral section between each heat transfer plate (20, 20), and interposing connecting-channel-forming gaskets (32) for alternatingly enclosing the connecting holes (21, 21) of adjacent heat transfer plates (20, 20), this plate heat exchanger has the following formed alternatingly therein: a first channel (1) through which a high-temperature fluid (H) flows and a second fluid through which a low-temperature fluid (C) flows, with heat transfer plates (20) as the boundaries therebetween; and connecting channels (3) for supplying and discharging the high-temperature fluid (H) and the low-temperature fluid (C) respectively to/from the first channel (1) and the second channel (2) via the connecting holes. The channel-forming gasket (31) is a double gasket comprising an inside gasket member (31a) and an outside gasket member (31b) positioned in parallel with one another.
