Abstract:
A plate suspending system for glasses, comprising (a) a frame member having, on the lower side thereof, a longitudinally extending opening for storing the upper end part of a plate, allowing the opening to be defined by inner walls formed by bending both side walls along the longitudinal direction to the inside thereof and raising the bent walls, and having longitudinally extending pockets formed on both sides of the opening between the both walls and the inner walls arranged continuously thereto, (b) a holding member having, on the lower side thereof, a groove for fixedly inserting the upper edge part of the plate therein and having a width allowing the holding member to be inserted into t he opening of the frame part from the underside, and (c) locking members partly projected from the pockets into the opening when inserted into the pockets. The holding member is supported by parts of the projected locking members.
