Provided are a fusion protein of an anti-SARS-CoV2 Spike 1 antibody and the extracellular domain of cell receptor ACE2, which is used for treating SARS-CoV2 infections. Further provided are an expression vector of the fusion protein, a host cell that can express the fusion protein, and a production method for the antibody.
