Abstract:
The present invention relates to a platform safety device capable of door-locking and a control method therefor, and comprises: a pillar part having pillars placed at predetermined intervals and symmetrically provided; a door part having at least one door provided so as to vertically move across the pillars; and an opening and closing means having hook parts having hooks respectively provided at both side parts of the door, and ratchet parts having ratchets respectively provided at the upper part and the lower part of the pillars, wherein, when the door moves upwards or downwards so as to be opened or closed, the hooks and the ratchets are hook-coupled to or released from each other through solenoids, thereby fixing the door.
