Abstract:
A platy tool body (10) of laminated structure formed by partially connecting two to five sheets of plates to each other to fixedly laminate the plates to each other to form a laminated body, wherein liquid material is penetrated into minute clearances between the layers of the laminated body, a steel plate having a quenching hardening capability should desirably be disposed on at least both front surfaces of the laminated body to increase the rigidity of the platy tool body, the liquid material is penetrated into the minute clearances between the layers of the laminated body by using a capillarity or a positive or a negative pressure acting on the liquid material, and the liquid material should desirably be a resin material hardened in the state of having a viscoelasticity by a natural cooling or a heating treatment.
