Abstract:
A PLC (13)-based heavy duty pneumatic sliding door of a life cabin, and a control system therefor. The sliding door comprises a cable cylinder (1) and a guide mechanism (6); a linear bearing (3) is provided on the cable cylinder (1); a linear guide rail (2) is slidably connected into the linear bearing (3); a hanger bracket (4) is welded to the linear guide rail (2); an organic control valve (8) is fixedly connected to the cable cylinder (1). According to the sliding door control system, structures such as a machine control valve (8), a PLC (13), internal and external sensors (14) of the door, and a manual control switch (15) are provided, and the PLC (13) is used to control the cable cylinder (1), so that the opening/closing of the cabin door is more convenient; the cable cylinder (1) is used to ensure that no circuit enters the cabin, and cooperates with the machine control valve (8) to improve the use safety of a device; by means of the self-locking of the internal and external sensors (14) of the door, a power air source is automatically cut off when a pressure difference exists inside/outside the cabin door, so that the abnormal opening of the cabin door is prevented; the manual control switch (15) is provided, and both automatic and manual modes are provided, so that the manual mode can be switched when the automatic mode fails, etc.
