Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a prescribed apparatus to start pressure-feeding concrete using a concrete transport tube without requiring preceding mortar. [Solution] The invention is configured as a plug (10) to be inserted into a concrete transport tube (6) prior to starting pressure-feeding concrete. When the plug is inserted into a concrete transport tube prior to starting pressure-feeding concrete, the plug (10) elastically deforms and adheres liquid-tight at a prescribed pressure to the inner circumferential face of the concrete transport tube (6). When concrete (22) starts to be pressure-fed with a concrete pump, the plug (10) is pushed by the front edge of the fed concrete (22) and advances by sliding in the concrete transport tube (6). Thus, the front edge of the concrete (22) is not exposed to the air, and aggregate (24) in the concrete (22) stays in the plug flow region. Blockages are prevented.
