Abstract:
A pluggable tube all-plastic LED lamp, composed of a polycarbonate tube (5), a plastic end cover (1), LED chips (2), an MCPCB aluminium base plate (3), a heat dissipating element (4), a drive circuit board (6), a plastic lamp cap (7), and copper pins (8), the upper end and the lower end of the polycarbonate tube (5) respectively being connected to the plastic end cover (1) and the plastic lamp cap (7) by means of ultrasonic welding, the heat dissipating element (4) being vertically plugged into the polycarbonate tube (5), the MCPCB aluminium base plate (3) being vertically inserted into insertion grooves (41) on the heat dissipating element (4), the LED chips (2) being mounted on the surface of the MCPCB base plate (3), the drive circuit board (6) being mounted in the plastic lamp cap (7), the drive circuit board (6) and the LED chips (2) being electrically connected, the copper pins (8) being plugged into the plastic lamp cap (7), and the inner ends of the copper pins (8) being electrically connected to the drive circuit board (6). The present all-plastic LED lamp produces a low amount of heat during light emission, has low energy consumption, saves energy, prevents electric leakage and overheating, is highly safe, is suitable for use in electronic and inductance rectifier circuits, and can directly replace traditional pluggable tube lamps, and the size and shape thereof can follow the specifications for traditional energy-saving lamps.
