Abstract:

The present disclosure relates to a novel PNA monomer and PNA oligomer, in which a primary amine contained in a lysine residue, the N-terminus, or the C-terminus of the PNA oligomer is modified to maintain the positive charge of the PNA oligomer, thereby improving cell accessibility and significantly improving storage stability.
