Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for detecting SARS-CoV-2 causing COVID-19 by RT-LAMP and, more specifically, to a PNA probe and primer for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 by RT-LAMP and a method for determining infection by using same. According to the present invention, the method is more convenient than conventional PCR and RT-PCR methods used in COVID-19 diagnosis, and can rapidly amplify and determine an ORF1ab gene and an N gene of SARS-CoV-2, and thus, the method can rapidly diagnose infections with SARS-CoV-2.
