Abstract:
A pneumatic brake cylinder and a brake clamp unit. The pneumatic brake cylinder comprises a cylinder body (1) and a front end assembly (104). The cylinder body (1) is internally provided with: a piston assembly (2); a piston sleeve (3) connected to the piston assembly (2); a lead screw (4) disposed in the piston sleeve (3), one end of the lead screw (4) being connected to the front end assembly (104); a release spring (5) disposed between the cylinder body (1) and the piston assembly (2); an adjusting spring (6), one end thereof being compression jointed to the piston assembly (2) and the other end being compression jointed to the lead screw (4); an adjusting nut (7) disposed on the outer side of the lead screw (4), one side of the adjusting screw (7) being provided with a first bevel gear (702) and the other side being provided with a thrust bearing (701) in contact with the piston sleeve (3); a bevel gear ring (8) sleeved on the lead screw (4) and matching the first bevel gear (702); a push ring (9) disposed on the piston sleeve (3); a force transmission tube (10) sleeved on the lead screw (4), one end of the force transmission tube (10) being in contact with the bevel gear ring (8) and the other end being connected to the piston assembly (2) by means of a gap identification spring (11) sleeved on the lead screw (4); a gap identification ring (12) sleeved on the force transmission tube (10) and slidably connected to the piston sleeve (3); and a buffer spring (13) sleeved on the force transmission tube (10), one end of the buffer spring (13) being compression jointed to the bevel gear ring (8) and the other end being compression jointed to the push ring (9). The pneumatic brake cylinder is short in gap adjustment time and high in efficiency.
