Abstract:
A pneumatic conveying system and an optimal configuration method. The pneumatic conveying system conveys materials through a pressure-conveying type elephant trunk conveying pipeline (7) or a suction-conveying type elephant trunk conveying pipeline (18), wherein the pressure-conveying type elephant trunk conveying pipeline is a pipeline having a gradually enlarged inner diameter, and the suction-conveying type elephant trunk conveying pipeline is a pipeline having a gradually reduced inner diameter, such that a conveying distance can be prolonged under the condition that power and a fan system are unchanged, or the requirements for power and for fan system performance can be reduced and internal friction in the system can be reduced under the condition that the conveying distance is unchanged.
