Abstract:
A pneumatic fan-shaped blind plate valve, comprising a valve body (1). A pneumatic valve (2) is fixedly mounted at the right side of the valve body (1); a connecting rod (3) is fixedly mounted at the top end of the pneumatic valve (2); a rotating plate (4) is fixedly mounted at the top end of the connecting rod (3); a valve plate (5) is movably mounted at the rear side of the valve body (1); a valve ring (6) is movably connected to the left side of the valve plate (5); a connecting plate (7) is movably mounted at the rear side of the valve body (1); a supporting seat (8) is fixedly mounted at the left side of the valve body (1); a sliding groove (9) is formed on the top of the valve body (1); a limiting rod (10) is embedded in the sliding groove (9); a backing plate (11) is fixedly mounted at the top of the valve body (1); a fixed button (12) is fixedly mounted in the backing plate (11); a rotating frame (13) is fixedly mounted between the rotating plate (4) and the connecting plate (7); a gear (14) is movably mounted in the rotating frame (13); a threaded shaft (15) is movably mounted in the gear (14); and a cross shaft (16) is movably mounted in the threaded shaft (15). The apparatus can fix the position of a rotating valve, and avoids the displacement of the valve during replacement.
