Abstract:
A pneumatic servo valve (10) that uses a feedback spring and includes a first nozzle (50), a second nozzle (52), a flapper (30) arranged between these nozzles, and a first back-pressure passage (124) and a second back-pressure passage (126) respectively guiding the back pressure of the first nozzle (50) and the second nozzle (52). The servo valve also includes a spool (100) that is slidably supported in a sleeve (90) and that is configured such that the first back-pressure passage (124) and second back-pressure passage (126) are connected respectively to a first gas pressure chamber (120) and a second gas pressure chamber (122) defined by the spool at both ends in the axial direction of the spool. The servo valve also includes a feedback spring (38) that extends from the tip end of the flapper (30) and is connected to the spool (100). The servo valve also includes a first auxiliary tank (140) and a second auxiliary tank (142) that are connected respectively to the first gas pressure chamber (120) and second gas pressure chamber (122) via a first auxiliary constriction unit (144) and second auxiliary constriction unit (146).
